Great service overall. I had a lot of issues, but i asked the right questions and i got great help from the staff and from the doctor with what i can do and improve my dental health. I had the deep cleaning done and some side jobs, and every time was a painless procedure, and i was asked every 2 minutes how i feel, if it hurts, if i am uncomfortable. It is a great attention to detail and to customer. Don't be scared to ask, as i am sure you will get the best advice on what you can choose or do in the future. Teeth are important. It is a difficult job as a doctor, i get really annoyed when i see the bad reviews, about the price maybe or some other issues. Doctors are doctors, not magicians, they can't solve your life issues in one attendance, they will do their best for sure. I came as recommended to this clinic, by my sister. Would i recommended this clinic? 100% yes. Always gentle work and patience, and worked with care. Again, it is a hard job, a lot of respect.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL PRACTICE! I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like I had to because all the previous reviews are great and that was not my experience. Awful service! I was experiencing terrible pain and it turned out to be an infection that needed a root canal treatment. I arrived with an abscessed tooth and in considerable pain, the dentist put me in the chair for 2 minutes, without taking an X-Ray, then never sat me down to discuss the finding. When asked her prescribing an analgesic, the dentist refused on the basis of her limited experience, saying she didn't think any intervention was needed. After scheduling me in two weeks, my appointment was cancelled suddenly, the dentist was obstructive and rude. Best to avoid this place. Really poor, never will book with them again. Also they are overpriced and a bad customer service overall.

I have been monitoring my little one's teeth with the dental clinic team for more than a year and I have nothing but good comments for all of them. My girl had a bad experience before coming into the hands of Dr. Aurora and with all her patience she knew how to win her over. Today I have also been treated with them and the cleaning that Ana did for me was great, always attentive to the patient. Dr. Alba, without knowing my daughter, treated her and we were also delighted. Stephania's attention is wonderful. I would recommend the clinic whenever necessary and as long as I live in Ávila it will be where we go.

Very competent and responsible, my little one has a very bad time at the dentist and since Aurora treated him things have changed a lot. We will continue there until we finish the whole process. Thank you!
